Terms and Conditions for Ridley House Apartments
1. General Terms
1.1 Agreement
By making a booking at Ridley House Apartments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made for the apartments and cottages at Ridley House Apartments.
1.2 Eligibility
By confirming a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings made with Ridley House Apartments must be confirmed by us. After confirmation, your booking is subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.
2.2 Notice Period for Cancellations
The cancellation policy depends on the time frame of the booking:
- Bookings made more than one month in advance: A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to cancel or modify your booking.
- Bookings made less than one month in advance: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or modify your booking.
2.3 Failure to Provide Notice
If the required notice is not provided, the full cost of the booking will be charged to the guest. No refund will be issued for cancellations made without the required notice.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy
3.1 Check-in Time
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but must be arranged in advance.
3.2 Check-out Time
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure date. Late check-outs may be available with prior approval, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Payment Policy
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment for all bookings:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer (subject to prior arrangement)
- Cash (on check-in, subject to prior agreement)
4.2 Payment at Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. For longer stays or special circumstances, a deposit or partial payment may be arranged.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Damage, Loss, and Conduct
5.1 Guest Responsibility for Property
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage or loss caused by guests or their visitors will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
5.2 Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Any conduct that disturbs other guests or damages property may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
6. Access to Property
6.1 Right of Entry
Ridley House Apartments reserves the right to access the property at any time for maintenance, emergency repairs, or other necessary reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice of any access.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Liability
Ridley House Apartments is not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to guests or their property during their stay. We strongly recommend guests to have appropriate travel insurance that covers personal injury, accidents, and loss of belongings.
7.2 Force Majeure
Ridley House Apartments will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions).
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Right to Modify
Ridley House Apartments reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to future guests prior to their bookings. Changes will apply to new bookings made after the change has been published.
