1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
1.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Ridley House Apartments. Once your booking is confirmed, you are expected to adhere to the terms set forth in this agreement.
1.2 Notice Requirements for Cancellations
- For bookings made more than 1 month in advance, a minimum of 1 week’s notice is required for any cancellation or changes to the reservation.
- For bookings made less than 1 month in advance, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or changes to the reservation.
1.3 Failure to Provide Notice
Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full cost of the booking being charged. In the event of a cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the booking is resold to another guest.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request but is subject to availability.
2.2 Check-out Time
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be considered, subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (subject to prior agreement).
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Damages and Conduct
4.1 Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the apartment or property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card or held against the security deposit.
4.2 Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or neighbors. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
5. Property Access
5.1 Right to Access
Ridley House Apartments reserves the right to access the property at any time during your stay for maintenance or emergency purposes.
6. General Terms
6.1 Liability
Ridley House Apartments is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests while on the property. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings and personal safety during their stay.
6.2 Force Majeure
Ridley House Apartments shall not be held responsible for any disruptions caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
7. Amendments to Terms
7.1 Ridley House Apartments reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to guests and will apply to future bookings.
